The newly revamped website now includes our brand new WestoNET Support section; this is the pinnacle of our services offering a range of new options from downloading brochures, manuals, software, images, viewing video tutorials and immediate help both online and offline. Included in this section is our brand new parts shop, putting us at the forefront of customer services by making ordering parts for your machine a breeze.
Technical support is always on hand at Westomatic, with our highly skilled, long-serving staff you will have your queries answered easily. Not only are our in-house technical support team ready to assist you but we also boast Technical experts in both the North and South, ensuring a support provision is always on hand no matter where you are in Great Britain – Westomatic will be able to cater to all your technical needs. Alongside this, we offer both Technical workshops and Free Training Courses for employees of companies purchasing Westomatic machines so they can remain comfortable and confident.
Around the country, we host multiple roadshows to which local customers are invited to our training courses – the roadshows have been glowingly described as ‘Insightful’, ‘Enjoyable’ and ‘Well-Explained’ among other great feedback. We also host courses at our offices in Newton Abbot, Devon where you can learn about our full range in our state of the art showroom. Our in-house designers, within the Marketing Team, are also on hand to assist you with any custom graphics you may require and advice on selling ad space on your machines’ screens; providing you endless advertisement opportunities to increase your revenue.
We are immensely proud of our delivery service, with our own fleet of lorries and fully trained, professionally presented delivery drivers. We ensure a safe and timely delivery to both depot and door.
