Orders for machines can also be placed easily via the order forms available on WestoNET, or via telephone or email. If you customised options are required, or things like bespoke graphics, Westomatic goes the extra mile to ensure that each customer’s requirement is catered to.
For technical support, the Westomatic website is jampacked full of manuals, software, exploded diagrams, parts information and imagery that can help engineers whilst they’re on site. With Westomatic’s new QR code system for machine-specific online technical help, engineers have a straightforward and expedient method by which they can access support online – anytime, anywhere.
Westomatic works closely with customers to provide the most up-to-date information and imagery. If a customer has a website that needs some care and attention, Westomatic’s marketing team are always on-hand to provide images and content for product pages, in order to support the sales process.
Similarly, if a customer requires custom brochures or machine graphic, they’re on hand to help with this also. Westomatic receives dozens of end-user sales leads each week, which are kindly distributed to customers to help them grow their business.
