Maskey was set up in April 2020, just after the first lock down.

The aim was to supply eco-friendly and fashionabale face masks to consumers accross the UK in an ‘easy to access’ manner and this was via a vending machine.

We launched our first vending machine in Chigwell (our hometown) and within a couple of weeks of being on site, it made national headlines in the Telegraph newspaper;

It has also drawn a lot of media attention in the Sun, Time Out, Metro, BBC News, ITV News, The One Show, Japanese TV and many other tv programs, radio shows and newspapers and magazines. Some of the articles can be found here and search google news for ‘maskey vending machine’.

Since launching our first machine in April, by December we had a network of 75 Maskey machines accross the UK. In shopping malls, casinos, well established retailers and we also won a contract with London underground where we will be placing our machines in a dozen west end location train stations such as kings cross and baker street. We also have opened 5 vending machine ONLY shops in the west end. We have shops in Carnaby, Soho, China Town, Woodford and Berrick Street and Neal Street.

Our Maskey vending machine in Carnaby got the attention of Lewis Capaldi and won us a contract with his merchandising company Global and we now have the rights to distribute Maskeys through our network of machines utilising the logos and brands of Spice Girls, Lewis Capaldi, Louis Tomlinson, Alice Cooper, Motorhead and 50+ other major artists.

We purchased the majority of our machines from Craig at Evoca and they all use the Nayax and Worldline payment systems.

In July 2020, we started manufacturing tens of thousands of Maskeys a week and we brought back to work over 50 machinists that were previously made redundant form work.

We donate 10% of all our profits to my charity Lenderhand, more info can be found here

In our first 6 months, Maskey has turned over more than £1,500,000 from selling our Maskeys from Vending machines and online via our website,
