Coffetek prides itself on customer service and support, we have a passionate and dedicated team of technical support specialists who provide a suite of support services to our distribution network.

As an equipment manufacturer we have taken a conscious decision to make a significant investment in our technical support team. The team provide a host of support services including;

  • Telephone support
  • WEB based support
  • Training – on & off site
  • Key installation support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Sales support

The helpdesk facility deploys the latest in call centre technology, monitoring and measuring call rates and performance.

The newly named Clive Gazzard training academy provides training for 100’s of people on an annual basis.

The team are totally dedicated to our customer network and are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we delight our customers.

Comprising of 10 people, our UK team is headed up by industry veteran Ian Hull who has over 25 years’ experience in vending, with the team having over 100 years’ experience in total!

As well as the help desk and field-based support teams we have a dedicated parts team of 4 people serving our customers daily.
